"Our Return & Refund Policy"
At RPM Sales, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
Returns Due to Personal Preference:
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to return the product if you simply changed your mind or are not satisfied.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- If the part has been installed on a truck, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- If the order had free shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
Warranty for Defective Parts:
If the part is defective or fails within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping both ways.
